The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office has released the names of the two victims from Wednesday's traffic accident following a law enforcement pursuit. Sheriff Paul Milbrath says 17-year-olds Donovan T. Cagney and Bradley M. Chavez were killed when their vehicle missed a curve on Concord Drive in Watertown and hit a tree. Three girls were also injured in the accident. Authorities say a deputy initiated a traffic stop about 2:00 in the morning in the Town of Ixonia, but the driver sped off and later crashed. The case has been turned over to the State Patrol and Wisconsin Department of Criminal Investigation.
