Governor Scott Walker stops by the construction site that is the County S/Shopiere Road interchange in Beloit to make his case to the Joint Finance Committee.
Walker says Secretary of Transportation Mark Gotlieb made the official request for $200 million in bonding on Monday to get projects like the I-39/90 expansion back on track.
Walker says he has the support to approve the bonding, and the biggest hurdle is getting a vote.
