A few bell ringers hit the streets Monday for the Janesville Salvation Army.  Major Bob Fay says it'll take most of the week to get all the sites operating.  He says a lot goes on behind the scenes to organize the volunteers.  This year's Red Kettle fundraising goal is $420 thousand.  Fay says it's five-percent more than what was collected last year.  He says the increase is set by the amount of services being delivered.  He says that increase has been about eight to eleven percent over the last year.  The money raised over the Holiday represents about one-third of the Salvation Army's operating budget.
