The Janesville Salvation Army's annual holiday fund drive may be coming up short.  The holiday season isn't turning out to be as bountiful as others for the Janesville Salvation Army.  Major Bob Fay says the shortfall is approaching six-figures of the more than $400,000 goal.  Fay is contemplating why this year's seasonal fund drive is collecting so much less than year's past.  Fay says officials will meet after the new year to evaluate the situation.  The seasonal fund drive typically lasts into mid January.
