As of Monday evening local law enforcement had reported only responding to minor run-offs and fender benders.

Winds also picked up Monday and downed branches and power lines were expected as ice accumulated.
Drivers were warned to stay home if they could, and slow down and exercise caution if they had to be on the roads.
