The Janesville City Council has a decision to make when it comes to the Oak Hill Cemetery.
Director of Public Works Paul Woodard says the cemetery has been operating in the red since the City took it over in 2008.
Woodard say staff are recommending the City keep the property and enlist the help of volunteers to help boost revenue.
The City Council will consider what to do with the cemetery when it meets at 6:00 Monday night.
