A Beloit teenager accused of stealing more than a dozen firearms, one of which was used in a fatal shooting appears in Rock County Court.
17-year-old Kaizyn Morga waived his right to a preliminary hearing Friday afternoon.
According to the criminal complaint, Morga and another teenager stole guns while burglarizing a home in the town of Newark in December.
One of the guns was used in the other teen’s accidental shooting death.
Morga’s arraignment is scheduled for February 24th at 1:00 p.m.
