Beloit Police are searching for a suspected armed robber. Officers say a man described as black, about 5-6 or 5-7 with a thin build walked into the Walgreens on Broad Street about 8:40 p.m. Thursday night. They say a black hooded sweatshirt with a Michael Jordan logo and mask were used to obscure his identity. He’s accused of displaying a weapon and demanding cash. Police say he made off with the cash on foot. No one is reported injured.
