The cause of a car fire in Beloit is under investigation. Beloit firefighters arrived in the 1600 block of Gateway Boulevard about 8:00 o’clock Wednesday night to find the vehicle fully engulfed in flames. Firefighters did have to work to protect a nearby building. No one was hurt. The car is a total loss.
