Janesville police plan to share more information about a weekend suicide during a news conference at 4:00 o’clock Monday afternoon. Police say the victim left a suicide note at his home Saturday and left in his vehicle. At 9:40 in the evening, officers located the vehicle traveling north on North Wright Road and conducted a traffic stop. Police say the subject pulled over at Rotamer Road and shot himself. He died at the scene. The officer was not injured. Police promise to release more information during this afternoon’s news conference.
