The 31st Assembly District race will likely have a primary in August.  A second Democrat has entered the contest.  U-W Rock County student, 22-year-old Clinton Anderson of Beloit, says he’s a candidate for the 31st Assembly District seat currently held by Republican Amy Loudenbeck of Clinton.  Anderson will face fellow Democrat, 62-year-old Don Prestia in an August 9th primary.  Anderson says the state has been taken over by a handful of wealthy individuals, and gerrymandering has caused career politicians to pick their voters, when it should be exactly the opposite.
