The Rock County Sheriff’s Office accuses a 35-year-old Town of Janesville man with running a pot growing operation in his home. Sheriff’s deputies say they executed a search warrant Wednesday at 2338 Russell Road and found 31 pounds of processed marijuana, and an indoor growing operation yielding 39 marijuana plants. Sergio Puentes was arrested on charges including Manufacturing THC, Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place, and Possession With Intent to Distribute THC Within 1000 feet of a school.
