While many people will be enjoying a little time-off over these last days of summer, some Rock County Sheriff’s Deputies will be working overtime. Sheriff’s Office Commander Troy Knudson says the holiday weekend “Drive Sober of Get Pulled Over” campaign is already underway. Virtually all local law enforcement agencies are taking part. Knudson says the effort is as much about education as enforcement. He says the goal is to reduce drunk driving.
