A 13-year-old Janesville boy is seriously injured in a traffic accident police say was caused by a motorist driving under the influence. The boy was med-flighted to University Hospital in Madison after the accident at the intersection of Memorial and Ringold Saturday afternoon. 46-year-old Traci Churchill was arrested on a charge of Causing Injury by the Intoxicated Use of a Motor Vehicle.
