More Janesville businesses appear willing to sell tobacco products to minors. Rock County Youth-2-Youth Director Debbie Fischer is a bit taken aback by the number of businesses caught selling tobacco to minors during a recent compliance check. She says it’s the most she’s seen in a decade. Nine out of 49 businesses were caught Monday night selling tobacco products to minors. Police gave each a citation. Fischer says her group will keep up the educational pressure on businesses. She has no explanation for the increase.
