A 33-year-old Orfordville man is facing a charge of Operating While Intoxicated 4th Offense after being arrested early Friday morning. A Rock County Sheriff’s Deputy says he stopped Sean Patrick Duffy a little after 4:00 a.m. for speeding. After conducting field sobriety tests, the deputy took Duffy to the county jail. Duffy was also arrested for felony possession of marijuana and cited for operating after revocation and open intoxicants in a motor vehicle.
