The Boys & Girls Club of Janesville, in partnership with representatives from the Rock County Leadership Development Academy, recently launched the Feeding Our Future snack program. The program will provide more than 12,000 free, nutritious snacks per year to youth in the Janesville area.

Feeding Our Future provides children with the nutrients that they may not be receiving at home, due to income insufficiencies or inadequate information on healthy eating behaviors. It also strives to have a lasting impact on our members by introducing them to new, healthy foods that they will continue to incorporate in their diets into adulthood. Snacks offered meet the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction food standards.

The Boys & Girls Club of Janesville offers a fun, safe and diverse learning environment for school age children in the community. Members are engaged in our organization and become immersed in a culturally diverse atmosphere by participating in variety of programs and activities designed to challenge each individual to become a caring and knowledgeable citizen.
