Residents who live in the Janesville School District get a chance to hear directly from those running for three open seats on the Board of Education.
The Janesville League of Women Voters and Forward Janesville are hosting a candidate forum Wednesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m, a the Educational Services Center on South Franklin Street.
The League of Women Voter says all six candidates have agreed to attend: Incumbent Kevin Murray, former School Board Member Karl Dommershausen, and newcomers R. Michael Flynn, Janine Hegle, and Thomas Murphy.
The event will consist of prepared questions from the host organizations as well as those submitted by the audience.
