A speculative building under construction on Capital Circle using tax incremental financing won’t be sitting vacant for long.
The Janesville City Council voted unanimously Monday night for another TIF deal with the company that will occupy the space.
Under the agreement the City would provide wholesale food distributor Upper Lakes Foods with a $110,000 forgivable loan in exchange for creating 57 living wage jobs.
