(Submitted photo) One of Janesville’s higher profile playgrounds is getting a makeover. Parks Director Cullen Slapak says an almost $100 thousand rebuild of the playground at Kiwanis Park is underway. Slapak says reconstruction will include some unique play features. He says the Kiwanis chipped in $28 thousand towards the project and also plan a work day. The work should only take a few weeks.
