Janesville police, along with officers from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections, nab two while carrying out Halloween Night compliance checks at the homes of sex offenders on probation. Sex offenders on probation are not allowed to decorate their homes, or participate in Trick-or-Treat activities. Of the 37 homes checked, two men, age 67 and 24, were arrested for violations related to the holiday.
