A local school district will have at least one new face in the spring. Milton School Board President Bob Cullen says six-terms are enough.  Cullen reassures residents the two failed building referendums are not the reason he’s leaving.  He’d actually considered the move three years ago.  He calls serving the school district a great privilege, and appreciates the trust and confidence the community has provided by electing him to the board.  Incumbents Shelly Crull-Hanke and Brian Kvapil are the other two seats up for election in April.
