The names of the two women killed in Monday morning’s head-on collision just north of Milton are made public. The Rock County Medical Examiner’s Department reports 23-year-old Kelsea Anderson of Milton, and 34-year-old Tracy Stolen of Stoughton, both died as a result of injuries received in the incident. The Rock County Sheriff’s Office says the investigation shows an SUV driven by Anderson was northbound on Highway 59 when it crossed the center-line and struck a min-van driven by Stolen. Authorities say the vehicles were blocking both lanes with no headlights. Anderson got out of her vehicle and was standing in the gravel shoulder when she was struck by a third vehicle, as that driver swerved to avoid the wreckage. Anderson was transported to Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center where she died. Stolen was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger in Stolen’s vehicle, was listed in stable condition at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center Monday afternoon. No charges are expected.
