The Walmart owned Sam’s Clubs may be closing 63-stores nationwide, but a company spokesman says the outlet in Janesville will remain open … at least for now. Sam’s Clubs in Madison and West Alllis will be closing however. Madison store employees got the word Thursday, along with the rest of the day off. The doors are scheduled to close permanently in two weeks. A company spokesman says the closures are a reflection of the increase in on-line shopping.
