A 53-year-old Janesville woman is facing a charge of Fifth-offense Operating While Intoxicated after Rock County Sheriff’s Deputies say they found the car she was driving in a ditch. Deputies arrested Dawn M. Morgan after they responded a little before 7:30 Saturday night to a vehicle run-off near County M by Tolles Road. Investigators say Morgan admitted to drinking before the run-off. Morgan was booked into the Rock County Jail. She expected to be in court for an initial appearance Monday afternoon.
