Two Janesville brothers arrested after shooting

A pair of Janesville brothers are facing charges after one was shot during a weekend argument.  Police say 52-year-old David Toles, and his 46-year-old brother John got into an argument sometime before 3:00 a.m. Sunday at a home in the 100 block of South Locust Street.  Officers say David got a handgun and pointed it at John, which led to a struggle with several shots being fired, and one round hitting David in the leg.  Authorities say they caught up with David at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center during the investigation of shots fired in the neighborhood.  David Toles was arrested on charges including Felon in Possession of a Firearm and 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety While Armed.  John Toles was arrested on a charge of 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety While Armed.
