Jansville police arrest two city men after a shots fired incident. Police were called to the area of South Locust and McKinley Streets early Friday evening when a neighbor reported seeing a man pull a gun from his waistband and fire it into the air. Officers found a .45 caliber shell casing, which prompted the S.W.A.T team to search a nearby home. Officials say no gun was found but 27-year-old Silas M. Johnson and 31 year-old Ian J. Harris were arrested on a probation violation.
