The Wisconsin Technical College system singles out a student at Blackhawk Technical College for her leadership. B-T-C Student Engagement Specialist Alicia Acker says student Lindsay Franklin is very deserving of the honor of being chosen as a State Ambassador. As a state ambassador, Franklin may be called upon to represent the entire technical college system to potential students.
