Water levels on the Rock River are rising, and now the Rock County Sheriff’s Office has issued a “Slow-no-Wake” order for all sections of the river.  The latest, and final section to be added is south of the Beloit-Rock Town Line Road Bridge.  The trigger for the change comes following the U.S. Geological Survey Gauge at Afton reading 8.85 feet.  Action stage for the Rock River south of the Town Line Road Bridge is 8.5 feet.  Postings will be going up at all public access points south to the state line.
