AUDIO: Legislators react to State of State address

Local legislators disagree on the merits of Governor Walker's "Blueprint for Prosperity" outlined in his State of the State address Wednesday night.
Republicans applaud the return of most of the $911 million dollar projected surplus in the form of tax breaks. Democrats argue the money is only projected, and the plan would only increase the defict by $100 million. Although the governor proposes some money for the rainy day fund and education, democrats say it's not enough.
