Beloit police may have solved an 18-month-old murder case.  Interim Chief David Zibolski posts on the police department's Facebook page warrants have been issued for three suspects in the death of 36-year-old Edward Demont Haley.  The Beloit man was found shot in the 2100 block of Newark Road on April 25th of last year.  Zibolski writes Angello Young, Laquan Kendall, and Ronald Hicks are facing charges of First Degree Intentional Homicide.   The chief also says Young is in custody at the Rock county Jail on charges related to a different murder case.  Kendall is in custody at Kettle Moraine Correctional Institution on an unrelated charge.    And Hicks was arrested last Friday in Beloit.  Zibolski thanks the rock County Sheriff's, and District Attorney's Offices for their collaboration in the case.
