A November 18th arraignment date is set for a 22-year-old Beloit man accused of firing a gun into a crowd of people during a fight outside a tavern.
At Andy Davis' preliminary hearing Friday afternoon in Rock County Court Detective David Hoffman testified that the shooting took place after a fight forced the bar to close early on August 16th.
Three people were transported to the hospital with gunshot wounds.
Hoffman testified that surveillance video clearly show Davis shooting a gun into a crowd of people outside the bar who were fighting.
Davis is currently being held at the Rock County Jail.
