Beloit City Manager Lori Curtis Luther formally announces that she's seeking the termination of the City's top two cops.
Curtis Luther announced at a news conference Tuesday morning that she is filing 14 charges against Jacobs with the Police and Fire Commission, and 10 charges against Dunkin.
The two have been on paid administrative leave since June when City officials got their hands on an independent firm's assessment of the department.
The charges are the result of a second independent investigation into Jacobs' and Dunkin' conduct.
