A 45-year-old Janesville man is under arrest for drunken driving for the 4th time after Janesville Police find him too drunk to stand at a local restaurant.
Janesville Police say officers were dispatched to 2019 Center Avenue for a possible drunken driver just before midnight Saturday. Officers eventually made contact with Michael R Dorsey at Subway.
Dorsey smelled of intoxicants, had slurred speech and an unsteady gaze. He was arrested and is being held at the Rock County Jail.
