Janesville man faces 4th OWI charge

A 26-year-old Janesville man is facing a 4th Offense Operating While Intoxicated charge after being arrested early Saturday morning.  
Janesville police say they pulled Tyler D. Miller over about 1:00 a.m. near the intersection of Ruger and Jefferson.  Officers say he was driving without headlights, failed to stop at a stop sign, and had snow covered tail lights.  They also say he tried to get away on foot.  Miller also faces charges of Obstructing an Officers and Operating After Revocation, as well as, Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign.
