One in six liquor stores, checked by Janesville police, are caught selling alcohol to minors. The police department ran compliance checks on 23 establishments Wednesday. The Vineyard, Liquor Cabinet, Five Points Liquor, and Janesville Travel Plaza Liquor were all cited. The police department's Street Crimes Unit worked with Janesville Mobilizing 4 Change on the operation.
