The body of a McFarland police officer from Janesville returns home. Representatives from several area law enforcement agencies will be leading a processional from Madison to Janesville beginning at 3:30 Tuesday afternoon. Ryan Copeland was just beginning his shift about noon Monday when a pick-up truck crossed the center line on County N near Edgerton and hit his squad car head-on. The processional will travel past the McFarland Police Department on its way to the Whitcomb-Lynch Funeral Home in Janesville.
