Janesville police had issued the Silver Alert for Warren J. Strelcheck. Officers say the 72-year-old left his house on Foster Avenue about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday in a 2007 dark blue Chevy Silverado. Police updated the alert about 7:00 a.m. Thursday to say Strelcheck had been found safe
