Janesville residents are cleaning up after a summer thunderstorm rolled through the area Thursday night.  More than 500 Alliant Energy customers in Janesville were still without power at 7:00 a.m. Friday morning according to Chris DuPre with Alliant Energy.  He says at the peak of the storm, close to 3000 Alliant customers in Rock and Walworth counties were without power.  Emergency responders in Janesville say the biggest problems were downed power lines from falling trees and branches.  Fire officials say trees hit houses on Monroe and Clark streets, but there was no structural damage.  Janesville police say they responded to dozens of weather related calls throughout the evening.  they also report localized flooding in areas including Parker Drive, from Black Bridge Road to Centerway.
