The citizens two Janesville Police Officers deal with on a daily basis will probably be a lot younger than they used to be.
The Police and Fire Commission recently promoted Officer Shane A. Punzel to School Resource Office at Franklin Middle School, and Officer Denise L. Stutika to School Resource Officer at Edison Middle School.
Punzel is a 19-year veteran of the Janesville Police Department with a Bachelors degree from UW-Whitewater, and Stutika is an 18-year veteran with an Associates degree from UW-Rock County.
