3rd annual Art Jam

This FREE, family-friendly event features a Silent Auction, face-painting, performers, mini yoga sessions, local food trucks, a kids’ project from Maddie Strong Studios, and MORE all while raising awareness of eating disorders. All proceeds from the Silent Auction Art sales go to benefit Project Maria, a Rock County-based organization that provides support to those impacted by eating disorders. Guest speakers: 1) Troy Roness-internationally-acclaimed writer, voice, and advocate since his 2009 recovery from a life-threatening addiction to exercise and eating disorder after a guest appearance on the “Dr. Phil Show.” He has been a dedicated activist and educator for eating disorders, faith, and healthy body image. 2) Dawn Smith Theodore – Dawn is a national speaker having recently spoken to the dance department at Boston Conservatory, The Joffrey Ballet School, The Frank Sinatra School of Performing Arts in New York City, Dance Theatre of Harlem, Hollywood Connection, Steps on Broadway, Mari’s Project, and Dallas Conservatory. Dawn is recovered from Anorexia Nervosa herself.
