Blackhawk Technical College will hold its annual Soul Food Luncheon on Tuesday, Feb. 28, with proceeds from the event being used to fund BTC scholarships for multicultural students.
Prepared by BTC students in the Culinary Arts program, a menu featuring baked and fried chicken, fried catfish, ham and barbeque ribs will highlight the event, which also will include entertainment provided by the Harlan Jefferson Duo.
The luncheon is open to the public. Tickets for BTC staff and the general public are $10. BTC students and senior citizen tickets are $8.
