Koepp arraignment postponed
The arraignment of a man accused of killing a Janesville woman and her two teenage children is being postponed due to technical problems.
49-year-old James Koepp faces three counts of first degree intentional homicide in the January 2007 deaths. He was to appear via video from Columbia Correctional Institution, but was taken back to his cell for a lockdown before the technical problems were corrected.
His arraignment is rescheduled for Monday, May 19.
