Janesville Toyota dealer offers recall advice
The U.S. Secretary of Transportation may have advised owners of recalled Toyotas to park their vehicles until they were fixed, but Bill Hesser of Hesser Toyota in Janesville also has some advice.
He suggests bringing them in to the dealership. Hesser says the accelerator repair is expected to take no more than half an hour.
As far as the secretary's comments, Hesser says the government has the obligation to respond to any public safety issue.

Look, let's not blame the local dealership for what is in reality a manufacturer [or manufacturer supplier] mistake. The local people are going to fix these as quickly as they can. And yes, I do own a Toyota... a 2010 Corolla in fact, and have yet to get it in the shop.

And how do you "don't drive until fixed"? Call a tow truck to move it to the dealership? Dealership going to make house calls to do the fix?

I thought I heard him say on the radio just drive them anyway but be careful. NOT a smart comment to say! You just put a huge liability suit on yourself. In this comment he says bring them into be fixed. NO DUH! It states in the article don't drive until fixed.
