A home in the Town of Beloit sustained significant damage overnight in a fire.

Town of Beloit firefighters got help from the Town of Turtle Fire Department in putting out a fire at 2845 Riverside Drive. Units responded around 7:30 Wednesday night and found the attached garage fully involved. They were able to stop the fire from getting into the house.

Town of Beloit Assistant Fire Chief Gene Wright says damage to the structure and contents in the garage estimated at around $100,000. An unattended candle is the source of the fire. No injuries are reported.
