A former soccer coach at Beloit Memorial High School has been charged with sexual assault of a child by school staff.

Beloit police officials say they've investigated the allegations since last fall when they received information 32-year-old Christopher Kindschi had inappropriate contact with one or more students. It was referred to the district attorney's office for the filing of charges late last year.

According to a release from the school district, Kindschi served as both a girls and boys soccer coach from the spring of 1999 through spring 2009 at Beloit Memorial High School. He also taught at the high school from 2004 through 2008.

Kindschi voluntarily resigned from the district last June to accept other employment.

He was arrested on the felony charge Monday and released with a court date.

But has any body notice when a man does it, his punishment is much more harder than if a female does it.
The courts are not fair on this issue. They need to start doing a better job.

This is happening all over the country. Go to www.schoolteachernews.com and click on the Scandal page. This year they have already documented over 110 of these types of incidents. They also have a map of where the incidents have taken place. In 2009 they found 464 of these kinds of cases.
