Janesville city manager is optimistic about future

Janesville City Manager Eric Levitt is cleaning out his desk. Tuesday, May 7th is his last day. As Levitt looks back on his time in Janesville, he tells "Your Talk Show" on WCLO Radio he sees a very different community than the one he arrived at five years ago. For one thing, the fiscal situation appears to be on the mend. He's also optimistic about the future, citing a variety of positive developments. Among them the I-90 expansion project, investment in downtown revitalization, and new industry. For Levitt, one of his personal high points includes the decision to support repairs at the Lincoln Tallman House. Levitt is leaving to take a city manager job in Simi Valley, California.
