State Senator Tim Cullen isn't too happy with the idea of a statewide school choice voucher plan currently being considered in the state budget. The Democrat tells "Your Talk Show" on WCLO he finds it disturbing, and is as discouraged by this proposal, as he was about Act 10. Cullen says a school voucher program would give Wisconsin two educational systems, at great expense. He says the decision is more political than educational. He says if Wisconsin can boast being the first to implement this system, it might go a long way for a governor considering a run for the White House.
