Flower Popularity Contest at Botanical Gardens



The Rotary Botanical Gardens in Janesville is one of about 30 prestigious public gardens participating in the nation's only flower popularity contest.

Through the end of August visitors to the Rotary Botanical Gardens in Janesville can view serveral varieties of annuals chosen by the American Garden Award Program, and then vote for their favorite.

The four varieties this year are New Guinea Impatiens SunPatiens Compact Electric Orange, Petunia Surfina Summer Double Pink, Verbena Lanai Candy Cane, and Zinnia Zahara Cherry.
