Congressman Ryan addresses Syrian issue

Congressman Paul Ryan of Janesville is critical of the Obama administration's handling of Syria. The Republican says Syria is important to the U-S. Ryan says we don't want to continue seeing Syrian President al-Assad's "reign of terror" on his people. Ryan says the Obama administration waited too long to do something, and now there's "a multi-polar armed conflict:" The former vice presidential candidate says sometimes it's better to help the "good guys" in the beginning, so "you can make a difference without actually making any commitment:" He adds al-Assad is a "dictator," with close ties to Iran, and he calls the situation "a regional problem" that matters to the U-S because of the potential for future terrorist activities.
